Leeds Corinthians 2nd against Roundhegions 2nds

Leeds Corinthians played their 4th game this season, getting their 3rd win.

It was a great performance from Leeds Corinthians as a team. They worked well together with the forwards running the ball in hard, retaining the ball and the backs doing the rest of work.

Roundhegions kicked off and Leeds received ball, forwards ran it in and scrum half Byron Lee kept the forwards going which resulted in a try for Jimmy Crawshaw.

This took Leeds up to 5-0 as conversion was missed.

Leeds kept piling pressure on Roundhegions, creating more chances with the backs scoring another try for Arron Wickson. Conversion was missed and Leeds win went to 10-0.

Roundhegions kicked off, some more great work from the forwards which resulted in another try for Leeds from Chris Dickinson. Try was converted by Adam Scrafton.

Leeds now had 17-0 lead but had not finished putting pressure on Roundhegions. There was some more great work from Leeds backs to give Joe Hardy a try, and conversion from Adam Scrafton. Score was then 24-0 at half time.

This was a game of two halves. First half was great performance by Leeds Corinthians.

Leeds kicked off second half and Roundhegions piled pressure on.

Second half was all about Roundhegions putting pressure on and Leeds holding out with some great scrambling defence.

Unfortunately, this didnt last and Roundhegions broke through to score their only try of the game which gave final score of 24-5.

Great work by Richard Hampshire who got forwards man of the match and Byron Lee who got backs man of the match.

Leeds Corinthians look forward to next weeks game at home against Yarnbury 4ths.
